The Role

Our Solutions Advisors are a core part of the install division. This is an estimator/sales role, compensated on a base + commission structure. You'll respond to inbound leads and visit customers on-site to scope the work and provide estimates. No cold calling- every appointment is scheduled for you. You walk in as the expert with a warm lead, not a stranger with a pitch.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Run scheduled sales appointments at customer homes and businesses
  • Assess each customer’s plumbing needs and recommend the right solution
  • Present multiple options and pricing so customers can make an informed choice
  • Follow up by phone and email to close the loop and win the business
  • Hit your sales targets, month over month
  • Meet install crews on-site to hand off the job and set them up for a smooth start
What You Bring
  • Previous plumbing, home services or construction sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.You can explain options clearly and make people feel confident in their decision
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a busy schedule
