What You’ll Do

As Hospital Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, patients, and team members. This role is central to creating an environment where high-quality medicine and exceptional service can thrive.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospital team
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
  • Partner with clinical leadership to support patient care and hospital growth
  • Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team engagement
  • Manage client experience, including resolving concerns and supporting service excellence
  • Collaborate with Area Leadership to set and achieve operational and financial goals

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, balancing people, operations, and business performance to keep the hospital running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
