Job description

Nonprofit special needs companion bird rescue seeks immediate help. Make a difference in birds' lives. We are urgently looking for bird lovers who can help part-time for about 5 hrs starting at 9:30am for cage maintenance, cleaning, etc. - 5 days per week including 1 weekend day.


Compensation is $12 per hour. Please only long term commitments, no seasonal jobs. Hands-on bird handling required after extensive training.
The position requires the ability to speak, read and write English. Bird experience is a plus, reliability and diligence is a must. Driver license and reliable transportation required. We may conduct background and reference checks. Please email your resume with a cover letter for consideration.
