Position: Recruiter Phone Screener with Home Improvement Industry Experience to Phone Interview Candidates applying for Roofing Sales positions and make hiring decisions after conducting on-line Zoom type interviews.

Required Skills:
•Strong effective telephone sales and interviewing and hiring skills
•Experience working remotely is important

Experience:
•5 years of high-volume phone screening/ Interviewing and hiring decision making experience
