Location: Schaumburg, IL (Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Zoho Administrator to manage and support the Zoho ecosystem across the organization. This role will be responsible for user administration, security governance, access control, and compliance support, ensuring efficient and secure utilization of Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Zoho administration, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, role assignments, and access management.
  • Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across Zoho applications.
  • Enforce security policies such as IP restrictions, login controls, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage user lifecycle and license allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of Zoho licenses.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing access reports, documentation, and evidence.
  • Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for process improvements and governance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure secure and efficient Zoho operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Zoho Administration across multiple Zoho applications.
  • Strong understanding of access management, RBAC, and security controls.
  • Experience with user lifecycle management and license governance.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit processes.
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) concepts.
  • Experience in ERP/CRM environments or testing is a plus.
