Job description

We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving Sales Administrator to be the operational engine behind our sales floor. You are the first point of contact for incoming leads and the person who makes sure every lead lands in the right rep's hands at the right moment. This is a high-tempo, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on speed, accuracy, and keeping a sales team firing on all cylinders.
If you like the idea of being the air traffic controller for a sales floor - routing, qualifying, and clearing the runway so reps can do what they do best - this is for you.
What You'll Do
Lead routing & distribution. Assign leads first thing in the morning and continuously throughout the day. Your job is to get the right lead to the right rep without wasted motion, and to junk bad leads quickly so the team's time stays focused on real opportunities
  • Smart allocation. Distribute leads based on a mix of factors - rep tenure, experience, current availability, and daily/weekly/monthly performance. You'll also recognize when a rep has "hot hands" and is closing right now, and feed momentum accordingly
  • Phone coverage & pre-qualification. Answer inbound calls, qualify leads in quick 30-60 second conversations, and warm-transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate rep. You set the tone and make sure no good lead slips through
  • CRM management. Keep the CRM clean and current - logging lead data, notes, dispositions, and outcomes accurately and in real time
  • Lead verification. Audit closed leads by validating junk reasons, calling numbers, and reviewing rep notes to confirm leads were handled correctly and dispositioned honestly
  • Ad-hoc CRM tasks. Execute a range of CRM-related tasks as directed by sales management - pulling lists, cleaning data, adjusting routing rules, and supporting reporting needs

What Success Looks Like
Leads are assigned within minutes of arrival, not hours.
Reps spend their time selling, not sorting or chasing dead leads.
The CRM is a source of truth - clean, current, and trustworthy.
Allocation decisions visibly reward performance and capitalize on rep momentum.
Junk and miscategorized leads are caught quickly and corrected.
What You Bring
  • 1+ years in a sales support, sales operations, dispatch, or fast-paced administrative role (sales floor or call center experience a strong plus).
  • Comfort and confidence on the phone - clear, friendly, and efficient.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational instincts and an eye for detail - you notice when something's off.
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to juggle a steady stream of inbound activity without losing accuracy.
  • Sound judgment about prioritization - you can tell a hot lead from a dead one and act on it. Payments, fintech, or financial services experience is a plus but not required.
