Job description

mPower is seeking an advanced OpenText support services professional to augment existing staff for project work and day to day tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide OpenText support, update and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Provide support for Microsoft on-prem and Azure suite.
  • Create and maintain highly-detailed infrastructure documentation including systems diagrams and architectural assessments for support, audit, compliance and disaster recovery purposes.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader for other members of the IS team.
  • Out-of-hour work will be required.
  • Provide knowledge transfer of OpenText and NetIQ products and training as needed.
  • Support and/or lead proof-of-concept efforts.
Qualifications
  • Experience with OpenText (eDirectory, IDM, OES, iPrint, Filr Standard, Privileged Account Manager for Workstation, Secure Login NetIQ Access Manager and Zenworks).
  • 7+ years of experience and certified in any of the following products eDirectory, IDM, OES, NAM, iPrint, SSO, PUM, Filr, Self-service Password Reset and Zenworks
  • 7+ years of experience and certified with Windows Server platform and Azure.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
