Job description


• Plan and coordinate pre-construction meetings between; Sales/Estimating/Project Management teams.
• Work closely with project coordinators to assign the correct man power to each job-sites.
• Plan and schedule all production activities, including materialprocurement, fabrication, and installation, to meet project deadlines.
• Work within Zoho Projects to keep schedules for projects.
• Work with project coordinates to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in allproduction activities.
• Work closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams toensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management, includingproject status, production metrics, and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including projectschedules, budgets, and materials used.
• Work closely with vendors to get quotes and achieve overall project success.
• Schedule crews and order materials.
• Utilize Zoho books to write subcontractor work orders and vendor purchase orders.
• Work with vendors when invoices or deliveries are incorrect.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a relatedfield, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years minimum experience in roofing is preferred by not required.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivateand develop a team of production workers.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability towork collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish and English
