We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic people to join our team as Direct Care Staff in a youth Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP)!

What You’ll Do:

· Be a mentor, coach, and positive role model for youth

· Help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment

· Support daily routines, activities, meals, and life skills

· Help youth work through behaviors using trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques

· Take youth to school, appointments, and fun community activities

· Be part of a team that truly changes lives

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Caring, dependable, and motivated team players

✔ Open availability for afternoons, midnights, and weekends

✔ High School Diploma/GED required, must be at least 21 years of age
✔ Valid driver’s license and good driving record with reliable, insured transportation to transport residents
✔ Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings

✔ Experience with youth, behavioral health, social services, education, or caregiving is a PLUS—but we will train the right people!

✔ No allergies to cats. Girl’s unit has 2 cats.
