Key responsibilities of this role are:
  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Cleaning

"TEAM8s" at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:
  • Check in students with positivity
  • Know client's names
  • Make 1 sale per shift
  • Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
  • Deep clean bathrooms
  • Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings
