YMCA Member Services Representative

Join our YMCA customer service team and CHANGE LIVES, INCLUDING YOURS.

As a Member Services Representative, you will serve as the face of our YMCA, delivering exceptional service to our members, guests and program participants. This job is located at our Main location at 1608 N. Washington Street in Bismarck.

In this role, you can look forward to:

  • Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.
  • Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options.
  • Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing.
  • Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our YMCA community.
  • Staying knowledgeable about all YMCA and Family Wellness programs and services to assist members effectively.
  • Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately.

Part Time Shifts Available:

  • Saturday and/or Sunday, 11:30 am-7:30 pm
  • Shifts May Also be Available Saturday 6:00 am-7:00 pm & Sunday 9:00 am-7:00 pm
