Job Summary

The Residential Revenue organization is undergoing an exciting transformation designed to strengthen strategic alignment, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the business. The Revenue FP&A team sits at the center of this evolution, bringing together short- and long-term revenue planning, forecasting, and financial modeling across Broadband, Video, Voice, Shield, and Xfinity Mobile. Working closely with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market leaders, the team drives financial performance, evaluates strategic opportunities, and delivers insights that inform executive-level decisions.
The Director, Residential Revenue FP&A will lead a newly formed organization responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across three important Residential product lines. This role will partner closely with Product, Operations and leadership to drive business performance and support key investment decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams during periods of transformation and growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Directing strategic financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals
  • Leading the development and execution of the annual budget and periodic forecasting cycles
  • Communicating complex financial information effectively to the executive team and board members
  • Overseeing special finance projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic initiatives
  • Guiding comprehensive economic evaluations for investment decisions and strategic planning
  • Analyzing financial trends and advising on their implications for business strategy and policy
  • Partnering with various departments to deliver cohesive financial results and actionable insights
  • Cultivating a team of finance professionals, promoting skill development and career growth
  • Managing financial spend and project investments within authority, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $137,004.99 - $226,058.24Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
