Position Summary

As a Front Office Coordinator withing our Patient Services Division, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient clinic experience. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong communication and organizational skills, and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Confirm treatment sessions and maintain front office records
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Support daily clinic operations and patient flow
