Join Our Team: Xcel Team Coach at Airborne Gymnastics!


Are you a passionate and driven gymnastics coach? Airborne Gymnastics is seeking full-time and part-time Xcel Team Coaches for our Gold, Platinum, and Diamond teams.

We are looking for coaches committed to both technical excellence and the holistic development of athletes. You'll join a collaborative staff, preparing athletes for competition, providing mentorship, and building strong relationships with gymnasts and their families.


Coaching Responsibilities

  • Develop and coach competitive gymnasts, designing and implementing individualized training programs.
  • Provide mentorship and foster a positive, motivating training environment.
  • Ensure gymnast safety during all activities.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
  • Attend competitions and provide direct coaching support.
  • Support program continuity (e.g., substituting for peers, attending additional practices).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Medical Insurance (Full-Time): 100% employer-paid medical coverage (Kaiser Permanente Gold HMO 250/35) after 90 days.
  • Retirement: 401(k) program with employer contribution (after one year).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
