Responsibilities
• Engage and guide current and prospective homeowners through the initial stages
• Leverage warm calling techniques to establish rapport, build trust, and nurture relationships
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by employing active listening and strategic questioning techniques
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to effectively position products/services
• Prepare diligently for the NMLS state exam
• Prepare thoroughly for the NMLS state licensing exam with our instructor-led training, practice tests, and training material
Qualifications
• Driven by growth and income potential
• Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
• At least one year of sales experience preferred (phone sales, automotive, financial services, insurance, fitness, etc.)
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ready to work hard and build something long-term
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
