The Role and What You'll Do:
Based in WWE's Stamford, CT headquarters, the Coordinator will work within the Revenue Strategy group in the Global Partnerships division ("GP"). This role will report to the Revenue Strategy Senior Manager and play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day management of the CRM system, ad trafficking systems, and collaborate on media plan structure and deal building that contribute towards achieving account renewals and long-term revenue growth for high-exposure GP clients.
  • Assisting in day-to-day management of CRM system (Boostr)
  • Serve as liaison between ad serving companies (i.e., Google, YouTube, etc.) and internal teams (i.e., planning, sales, campaign management, tech, insights, and analytics, etc.) to provide understanding and implementation around tech capabilities
  • Liaise with finance on all billing and compliance processes: monthly closes, new executed deals, international reporting
  • Manage digital media inventory to ensure balance and full delivery for sold partnerships and internal promotion campaigns
  • Coordinate with the planning team on deal data entry, closing deals, account creation and audits
  • Support on an ad-hoc basis the media planning for deal building, rate card management/updates, creation of new CRM fields/metrics
  • Manage WWE digital media marketing campaigns across international and domestic digital platforms (.com, mobile, YouTube, WWE network, etc.)
  • Support in trafficking of digital assets (banners, pre-roll video, third party tags, 1x1s, etc.)
  • Support on an ad-hoc basis the digital campaign management team as needed for organizing client reports, providing CRM support on deal delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance through 3rd party databases and provide optimizations as needed

You Have These:
  • 1-3 years' experience in digital ad operations or similar capacity
  • CRM management and Google Ads Manager experience preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of client billing, invoicing, and ad trafficking systems and procedures
  • Adept in Microsoft excel, financial modeling and analytical capabilities preferred
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long-term priorities for designated accounts
  • Demonstrable experience problem-solving and taking a tactical approach to accomplish internal and external client-facing tasks
  • Willing and able work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
