Luxury brand looking to hire a Head Sommelier for multiple F&B outlets in Members only club atmosphere.
Responsibilities
  • Curate and manage the restaurant's wine list and beverage program
  • Recommend wine pairings and provide exceptional guest service
  • Train and educate service staff on wine knowledge and proper service techniques
  • Maintain wine inventory, ordering, storage, and cost controls
  • Build relationships with distributors, wineries, and beverage vendors
  • Monitor beverage sales and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure proper wine handling, cellar organization, and quality standards
  • Lead tableside wine service and assist guests with selections
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams on pairings and seasonal menus
  • Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sommelier or beverage management experience
  • Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and pairings
  • Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred
