We are seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineering Manager II to lead a team supporting our Data Center Solutions product category, focused on liquid cooling distribution systems. This role leads manufacturing engineering for new product introduction (NPI), with responsibility for launching multiple concurrent programs, scaling production, and ensuring readiness for full-rate manufacturing.

You will partner across engineering, operations, and program management to keep projects on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can translate business priorities into clear direction, surface risks early, and build a high-performing team.

** This role will work onsite, 5 days a week in Anoka, MN. **

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Oversee a portfolio of concurrent NPI programs, balancing resources and driving progress to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Guide the team in applying core NPI and APQP processes, including FMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and PPAP submissions.
  • Partner with Design Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to align on priorities, resolve issues, and ensure manufacturability (DFM) and readiness for production.
  • Identify risks early, raise concerns appropriately, and apply structured problem-solving (e.g., root cause analysis) to help the team work through challenges to maintain forward momentum.
  • Lead gate reviews and readiness activities across multiple functions to support successful product launches and production ramp-up.
  • Advance manufacturing capability through improvements in processes, tooling, and automation to support safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency, including driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support post-launch activities including Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and containment actions to maintain product performance and stability.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical degree.
  • Ideally 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), GD&T, FMEAs, Control Plans, and SPC.
  • Experience working within established quality systems and interpreting customer or industry requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across concurrent programs.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting as priorities evolve.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Up to 10% travel as needed.
