Job description

The Global Program Manager is a recognized master of program management who shapes operational strategy and standards across regions. This role exists to drive global consistency, innovation, and long‑term value creation through thought leadership, talent development, and executive influence.


They lead internal resources as well as resources on the client-side to develop the program, identify the goals of the program, and execute to the completion of those goals. Additionally, the GPM is responsible for the ongoing management of the programs; identifying and managing changes, tracking and monitoring internal and external program KPIs, developing plans that drive excellence in execution, ensuring continual program success, identifying challenges and opportunity for improvement towards growth of the program.


WHAT YOU GET TO DO


Program Implementations


  • Lead program implementations and ongoing operations as primary client contact.
  • Create strategic plan for initial 90-day rollout while collaborating cross-functionally with internal TEAMs
  • Train client team on PrimeRevenue’s processes, tools, and best practices for success
  • Develop communication and tracking plans in line with PrimeRevenue best practices
  • Delegate tasks, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to deliverables and timelines to ensure program efficiency
  • Monitor and measure program progress against client expectations, and implement change when necessary to meet project outputs


Program & Client Management


  • Influence executive stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
  • Establish and evolve global program management strategy and standards.
  • Develop new methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Mentor senior GPMs and build future leadership capability.
  • Influence executive stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
  • Act as first point of contact for program operational needs, delegating appropriate tasks throughout PrimeRevenue Customer Success organization and others
  • Act as the existing program subject matter expert by understanding PrimeRevenue processes and products, paired with critical program key performance indicator metrics
  • Work with client procurement, AP, and finance groups to Release suppliers for PrimeRevenue onboarding
  • Participate in periodic reviews with client and executive team to evaluate results and review recommendations to improve performance
  • Enhance existing relationships with the client and continuously look for growth opportunities and efficiency enhancements, leading to additional business
  • Document and track critical program datapoints in CRM and PM tools


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • 12+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Recognized expertise in supply chain finance, treasury, or related domains.
  • Proven record of enterprise-level strategic impact.
  • Exceptional executive communication and leadership presence.
  • Proven ability to establish, develop, and manage relationships with executives.
  • Strong presentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting or complex client delivery experience preferred.
  • Established record of achieving results.
