As a Supervisor on the Out of Home (OOH) team your core responsibility will be to manage and oversee the day-to-day across the assigned clients with the support of direct reports. You will also simultaneously support senior members and managers of the team on department or agencywide initiatives, as needed. The Supervisor is also responsible for hands on training with direct reports, ensuring a high-quality level of work and motivating the team to hit deadlines. ย 

Key Duties/Responsibilities & Desired Knowledge Base:

ย  ย Function independently while maintaining a high quality of workย 
ย  ย Oversee and manage team including training direct reports to be self-sufficient ย 
ย  ย Autonomously manage planning efforts, with support of the team, on strategic direction, RFPs, negotiations, evaluations, and presentations
ย  ย Develop and present strategically focused OOH plans/recommendations with sound rationaleย 
ย  ย Expert understanding of media terms, concepts, and strategy (KPI, ROI, CPM, R/F)
ย  ย Familiarity with OOH industry partners: Geopath & OAAA ย 
ย  ย In depth knowledge of OOH formats, vendors and markets (local, regional, national)ย 
ย  ย Proficient in planning across a variety of OOH verticals:ย 
ย  ย Required: traditional, tra-digital/digital, digital placed basedย 
ย  ย Preferred: experiential, event partnerships/event targeted, traditional embellishments (ex. extensions, props/builds, illumination, etc.)
ย  ย Participate in strategy development and brainstorming meetings with the ability to take a proactive approach to planning and problem solving/trouble shooting, anticipating potential challenges and seeking amicable solutionsย 
ย  ย Compile and present POV's as needed; rooted in sound research and presented with strong supportive context/rationale that is client specific
ย  ย Stay current on new/ evolving trends with the media landscape (OOH and media overall)
ย  ย Attend Industry and client-related functions and networking events, when necessary, while simultaneously balancing workload/deadlines
ย  ย Remain solution oriented, seeking creative resolutions, through to fruitionย 
ย  ย Working harmoniously with internal & external teams on projects from start to finishย 
ย  ย Ability to simultaneously multitask between multiple accounts and projects and prioritize accordingly based on deliverables under tight deadlines
ย  ย Ability to recognize appropriate new opportunities, need for 101's or other documents and motivate self/team to compile and present as needed
ย  ย Participate in/attend meetings/trainings and/or market rides as neededย

Experience & Education: ย 
ย  ย Years of professional experience: 5+ ย 
ย  ย Bachelor's or Associates Degree is highly preferred but not required ย 
ย  ย Experience buying and planning (not just one), preferably within OOH
ย  ย Experience training and/or managing multiple direct reports
ย  ย Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
ย  ย Prior employment at a media agency, preferably within OOHย 

$85,000 - $90,000 a year
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.
