Role Overview

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Sodexo, you will deliver a high-touch workplace experience within a corporate campus in Rahway, NJ. This customer-facing role supports employees, visitors, and workplace operations by ensuring spaces are workday ready and service standards remain high across the site. You will partner closely with facilities management and workplace teams to address operational needs, support events, and enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, hospitality-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a visible presence throughout the campus.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service and support across multiple campus locations
  • Conduct daily building tours to assess workspace readiness and identify facilities-related issues
  • Enter and track work orders while coordinating with Facilities Management teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Support site communications, signage, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Gather and share Voice of the Customer feedback to improve workplace experience and service delivery
  • Maintain a visible, professional presence throughout the campus while supporting evolving operational needs
  • Maintain awareness of campus events, building updates, and operational communications to support employees effectively
  • Remain flexible and mobile throughout the campus to support evolving operational and customer service needs

What You Bring
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and workplace technologies throughout the day
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the campus daily, including lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs
