Workplace Experience Coordinator
Please note: This is a part-time position (12 hours per week). Benefits are not applicable.
What this job involves:
The Workplace Experience Coordinator delivers exceptional workplace experiences by blending hospitality-focused service with operational excellence. As a client-facing professional, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, building access coordination, and workplace services while creating welcoming environments where people feel valued and supported. This role combines facilities coordination, relationship building, and proactive communication to ensure seamless daily operations. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you'll embody this principle by delivering high-touch service that makes every interaction meaningful. You'll spend significant time engaging directly with employees and guests, managing security protocols, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting events-all while maintaining the operational standards that set JLL apart. This position requires someone who is passionate about creating positive experiences, thrives on building lasting partnerships, and approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism.
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the workplace by greeting employees and guests at reception or entrance areas for a minimum of four hours daily, building genuine relationships through visible presence and engagement
  • Conduct regular floor walks to assess workspace conditions, ensure areas are well-stocked and maintained, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience
  • Respond to all employee inquiries, service requests, and workplace issues within one business day, providing personal follow-up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee access credentials including processing ID card requests, coordinating replacements, and maintaining accurate security records in compliance with building protocols
  • Create, track, and close facility work orders through the Corrigo platform while coordinating with maintenance technicians and service partners to ensure timely resolution
  • Process visitor check-ins through security protocols and conduct comprehensive building orientations for new hires covering safety procedures, access systems, and available amenities
  • Coordinate conference room setups, manage supply inventory, provide light facilities support, and serve as the liaison between facilities management and building occupants
  • Support client events and training center activities by providing concierge services, anticipating needs, and ensuring flawless execution that exceeds expectations
  • Maintain organized systems for mail distribution, package handling, and courier coordination while performing general administrative duties that keep operations running smoothly
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, property operations, or related customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver high-touch, personalized service
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in process management, tracking systems, and follow-through to resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management, prioritization, and self-direction capabilities
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate facilities management, or workplace services environments
  • Familiarity with work order management systems such as Corrigo or similar facilities management platforms
  • Background in event coordination or hospitality services with proven track record of exceeding guest expectations
  • Experience managing security access systems, credential management, or building access protocols
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through process innovation, adoption of best practices, or implementation of service delivery efficiencies
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding performance metrics, service level agreements, and client satisfaction goals

Estimated compensation for this position:
62,400.00 - 74,600.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
