Job description

Position Overview: 1Above Quality Services LLC is seeking a dependable Temporary Working Foreman to lead and work
alongside a short-term facility cleanout crew in Richmond, Virginia. This assignment is expected to last
approximately one week and is contingent upon contract award and notice to proceed. The foreman will
supervise daily production while actively participating in furniture removal, cubicle breakdown, material
handling, loading, and final broom-clean activities.
Primary Responsibilities
 Supervise and work alongside a temporary cleanout crew.
 Assign daily work areas and maintain crew productivity and safe work practices.
 Coordinate removal of designated desks, chairs, shelving, cabinets, cubicle systems, blinds, boxes,
debris, and other approved materials.
 Direct the safe breakdown of cubicles and modular office furniture before removal.
 Coordinate movement of materials to the loading dock and roll-off dumpsters.
 Ensure items designated to remain in place are not removed or damaged.
 Monitor use of PPE, hand tools, dollies, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
 Conduct room-by-room checks as areas are completed and ensure final areas are broom-clean and free
of loose debris.
 Report daily progress, staffing issues, equipment needs, and project concerns to 1Above management.
Preferred Qualifications
 Prior experience in commercial cleanouts, moving, warehousing, construction labor, demolition support,
facilities, or similar work preferred.
 Previous crew-lead, foreman, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
 Ability and willingness to perform physical work alongside the crew.
 Ability to safely lift and move furniture and other bulky materials.
 Experience with hand trucks, furniture dollies, pallet jacks, hand tools, and cordless power tools preferred.
 Dependable attendance and ability to work in a short, deadline-driven project environment.
 Ability to report to the Richmond, Virginia project location as scheduled.
Schedule and Employment Terms
 Pay: $25.00 per hour.
 Employment status: Temporary W-2 project assignment.
 Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work depending on project needs.
 Duration: Approximately one week, subject to project requirements.
 Start date: Contingent upon contract award and notice to proceed.
 This is a temporary project position and is not being advertised as permanent employment.
