Nexus Direct, a leading direct response marketing agency serving nonprofit and advocacy organizations nationwide, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team. This role supports a fast-paced, high-profile account and requires someone who thrives on managing complex projects, coordinating multiple teams, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with precision.

The Account Coordinator serves as the central hub for client projects, working closely with Client Services, Creative, Production, and Data teams to keep campaigns moving forward. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly accountable, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and proactively manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate work across multiple internal departments, identifying potential bottlenecks and escalating issues before they impact deadlines.
  • Track project status and communicate updates, risks, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure all project documentation, instructions, and approvals are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Update and maintain campaign performance reports, dashboards, and project tracking documents.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, data strategy, reporting analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
  • Partner with the Data team to coordinate data requests, audience selections, and reporting deliverables.
  • Help identify trends and insights from campaign results to support strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Production, Data, and Media teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee trafficking, QA, and approval processes across all campaign components
  • Review proofs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

What we are looking for:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and campaign performance data.
