Salesforce Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers. This includes supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post sales activities including service, customer success and professional services is growing in importance because of the role it plays in customer retention and expansion. Across a number of industries including High-Tech, Media, and Energy, Professional Services and Customer Success is becoming a pressing need.

Work you'll do

As Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation in Sales and Service, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations
  • Develop client deliverables, including status updates, workplans, meeting materials, process documentation, and executive presentations
  • Coordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities that support enterprise and functional transformation efforts

Our Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology implementation projects
  • 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into documented recommendations
  • 2+ years of experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

  • Master's degree
  • Experience supporting functional transformation programs
  • Experience with process mapping and business requirements documentation
  • Experience supporting project management office activities

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
