Job Description

- Compulsory skill: SFDC Testing, Automation with Selenium
- Play a role of SFDC Automation Lead at client location
- Automation Test Script Creation, Execution using Selenium
- Very good experience working Salesforce application
- Good Java hands on experience in Selenium tool
- Working knowledge of Continuous Integration tool such Jenkins, Capado, etc.
- Working experience on FAST framework is preferred
- Thorough with testing processes, concepts who can lead a couple of junior analysts
- Good experience in HP ALM, Jira, etc.

- Interact with Client counterpart and project stakeholders to gather information on application, requirement
- Work with onsite and offshore team collaboratively
- Review project testing artefacts prepared by team members
- Excellent communication skills for co-ordination with all the project stake holders including business
- Must have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills and understanding of testing methodologies
- Ability to work with various teams to facilitate testing across one or more projects
- Knowledge of test automation, performance and security testing

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
- At least 4 years of IT experience.
