Job Description:

  • Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Lead implementation of Omnichannel capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems
  • Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified customer data strategies
  • Architect and optimize Agentforce implementations for customer service excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce development and integrations
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
  • Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Omnichannel solutions in Salesforce
    • Salesforce Data Cloud
    • Agentforce (or similar customer engagement/service platforms)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
