Salesforce Developer
One of our clients, medical devices and services company is looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Developer.
Base salary is up to 135K and great benefits package.
** Must be authorized to work in US for ANY EMPLOYER.
No H1 Visa support
for this position.
The Location is Northern New Jersey
Permanent position with great benefits.
Hybrid commute - 2/3 days Home/Office.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, supporting end-to-end business processes and integrations with enterprise systems.

This is a hands-on role working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, improve system functionality, and drive continuous platform optimization.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds, including CPQ (strongly preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator required

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Developer Console, Workbench)
  • Experience configuring Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, approval processes, security models)
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
  • Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its role within sales and service processes
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, including customer-facing portals
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP or similar preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions:
  • Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot / Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Participate in the full application development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
  • Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security models
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered and screen flows) to automate business processes
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) using APIs and integration tools
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  • Support deployment activities and maintain documentation including technical designs and test results
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities to internal stakeholders
