Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce development and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern Salesforce technologies. Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud is essential. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML5, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Work with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and follow the Salesforce Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Build and enhance Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud applications.
  • Develop Lightning components and migrate legacy components to Lightning Experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
  • 4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using:
    • Apex
    • Visualforce
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
    • HTML5
    • JavaScript
  • 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Conga Composer and Drawloop.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools.
