Job description

App Growth & Acquisition Specialist

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

From search engine optimization to branding and promotions, our Marketing team is the expert at spreading the Priceline message far and wide - capturing the hearts and imaginations of customers to get them to try our services, and keep them coming back for more.

Why this job's a big deal:

We're looking for an App Growth & Acquisition Specialist to help grow Priceline's mobile app audience and drive high-quality installs at scale. This role sits at the heart of our performance marketing team - blending analytics, creativity, and strategy to acquire new app users. If you're data-driven, love testing new growth tactics, and want to make a measurable impact on one of the most recognized brands in travel, this is a chance to shape how millions of travelers discover and book with Priceline.

In this role you will get to:

  • Contribute to the end-to-end mobile app acquisition strategy across paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google ACi, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, programmatic).

  • Develop and execute ASO strategies to optimize app store visibility, conversion rates, and keyword performance.

  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities to improve ROI and user quality.

  • Collaborate with:

    • creative teams to test and evolve ad concepts, messaging, and app store assets

    • analytics and BI teams to define success metrics, implement tracking, and ensure data accuracy.

    • Product and CRM teams to improve onboarding, retention, and LTV of acquired users

  • Oversee MMP (mobile measurement platform) relationship and manage related asks from internal stakeholders as well as external partners

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to deliver efficient and scalable growth.

  • Optimizing web-to-app journeys: Help shape the conversion paths from web to app, improving landing experiences and increasing activation.

  • You'll partner with Research, Product and Brand to ensure we communicate a clear and differentiated app value to new and existing users.

  • Stay current with mobile ecosystem trends, privacy updates (e.g., SKAN, ATT), and best practices.

  • Collaborate with product and CRM teams to improve onboarding, retention, and LTV of acquired users.

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, with a focus on mobile app acquisition.

  • Proven track record managing paid app install campaigns and ASO programs.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency with tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust, Kochava, Tableau.

  • Experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution, tracking, and privacy frameworks.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

  • Passion for travel, technology, and innovation in the mobile space.

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$120,000.
