Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar human capital management technology solutions
  • 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design, system configuration, or deployment activities
  • Experience leading project teams or workstreams for human capital management technology implementations
  • Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support for enterprise technology programs
  • Experience with human capital management business processes, including human resources, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting full life cycle Dayforce implementations
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience with system upgrades, integrations, or enhancement roadmaps
