Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist I to join our team. This role is responsible for sales calls, recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching temporary employees while providing excellent service to both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
  • Perform sales calls (cold calling, follow-up calls, customer visits, building sales prospect in CRM database)
  • Match employees to client job orders based on skills and experience
  • Complete new hire paperwork, orientations, and compliance documentation
  • Dispatch employees and confirm attendance and job performance
  • Build strong client relationships through communication and site visits
  • Resolve client and employee concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems
  • Assist with payroll, timecard verification, and invoicing support
  • Assist with the collection process
  • Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE use
  • Support branch sales efforts and identify new business opportunities
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Reliable transportation required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
