The Role
The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for leading the organization's workforce planning strategy through labor forecasting, reporting, analytics, and labor optimization initiatives that support operational efficiency and business growth. This role partners closely with Operations leadership to develop and maintain labor standards, monitor workforce trends, and identify opportunities to improve staffing models and labor performance. The Workforce Planning Manager oversees labor forecasting, labor reporting, workforce analytics, labor matrices, turnover analysis, and service time studies while ensuring labor data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business needs. This position also collaborates cross-functionally with Operations and Learning & Development to establish labor best practices, support training initiatives, and drive continuous improvements that promote consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
· Compile & distribute labor reporting to operations leadership
· Take ownership of Labor reports, identifying areas for improvement
· Work with operations leadership to ensure alignment on labor standards
· Own labor forecasting & labor matrix
· Keep labor forecasts updated based on logical trends, avoiding pitfalls around holiday weeks
· Conduct labor analyses as needed to suggest labor model improvements
· Track turnover trends by region, market, and role
· Partner with Operations and Learning & Development teams to develop & maintain training materials related to labor best practices
· Assist with time studies based on insights from our camera system to identify appropriate service times based on service types
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field of study
· Highly organized
· Attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others
· Willingness to adapt to changing conditions in a quickly growing company
· Proficiency with Excel formulas & PivotTables
· Experience with PowerBI is a plus
