Sr Analyst Workforce Management

The Sr Analyst Workforce Management will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions for our 55,000-person frontline workforce. This role bridges traditional workforce analytics with modern data science approaches, leading complex analytical projects and innovating data systems, products, and processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions that optimize workforce operations and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analytical tool development and updating
  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including predictive models and workforce forecasting and optimization
  • Lead complex analytical projects from problem definition through deployment and automation
  • Create scalable analytical frameworks and repeatable methodologies across the workforce lifecycle and throughout Workforce Operations functions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver on analytics opportunities
  • Support and/or lead the design, development, and revision of Power BI dashboards
  • Data science to explore, experiment, and deploy innovative data, metrics, and model solutions
  • Manage and support daily, weekly, and ad hoc analytic and reporting solutions

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor's degree
Area of Experience: Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience required
Experience Requirements:

8+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business insights; including 2+ years applying data science

Strong programming skills (SQL, Python, R), including experience with ML libraries
Expertise in data manipulation at scale
Advanced proficiency in data mining (e.g., Databricks) and BI tools (preferably Power BI)
Experience with workforce analytics and planning
Track record of delivering end-to-end analytics projects

Data Engineering: ETL processes, data pipeline development, data quality frameworks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Machine Learning: Experience building and deploying supervised learning models and leveraging generative models
  • Statistical Analysis: Advanced statistical methods, hypothesis testing, experimental design
  • Programming: Python/R proficiency, including visualization libraries
  • BI Development: Complex Power BI development, including DAX and data modeling
  • Data Engineering: ETL processes, data pipeline development, data quality frameworks
  • Workforce operations and reporting, analytics, planning, optimization
  • Analytics Problem Solving: Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influence skills

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
