Position Summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day staffing operations for one of our key client locations. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, supporting temporary employees, coordinating workforce needs, and maintaining accurate administrative processes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experience in staffing or workforce management, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and temporary workforce.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and employees.
  • Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
  • Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding staffing requirements and workforce concerns.
  • Process new hire documentation, including background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify.
  • Assist with Workers' Compensation claims and employee incident reporting.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete required administrative tasks and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Support employee engagement, coaching, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and employment regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • 12 years of supervisory experience or 35 years of customer service experience required.
  • Staffing, recruiting, human resources, or workforce management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience processing background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
