Human Resources Intern

Human Resources Summer Intern – Circleville, OH

Join the HR team at Sofidel America this summer for a hands-on, paid ($16.70 hourly), full-time, summer internship that will make a real impact. This role will focus primarily on a major HR digitization project — scanning and uploading 600+ employee files into the ADP HR System as we transition to a paperless environment.

The intern will also support the re-registration of biometric data for all hourly employees into the company’s timeclock system as part of ongoing HR and workforce management initiatives.

In addition to these key initiatives, the intern will assist with various other HR projects and gain exposure to day-to-day Human Resources operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced and successful team of HR professionals who are committed to mentoring and helping develop future HR talent.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate looking to build practical Human Resources experience in a professional manufacturing environment.
