About the Opportunity

Tapestry 360 Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources operations, organizational development, policy administration, and workforce management within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field who is interested in gaining practical HR experience while contributing to meaningful organizational projects.


What You'll Do

The HR Intern will support several high-impact HR initiatives, including:

  • Assisting with the redesign and organization of the HR SharePoint site to improve employee access to resources and information.
  • Reviewing, updating, and formatting HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting job description reviews, updates, and standardization efforts.
  • Assisting with HR communications and employee resource materials.
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and employment trends.
  • Supporting organizational projects related to the implementation and transition of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including data review, process documentation, and change management activities.
  • Assisting with data entry, document management, and general HR administrative tasks as needed.
