Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruitingactivities within afacility,you willplaceadvertisements and organize and attendjob fairs andotherrecruitingeventsin the local community. You will conductcandidateinterviewsas part of astrategic recruitment plan,that you'll develop and execute,ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.ย 

Location: Lima, OH

Essential Job Functionsย 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsย 
  • Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientationsย 
  • Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidatesย 
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsย 
  • Manage the hiring process from offer to onboardingย 
  • Create an ongoing candidate pipelineย 
  • Manage paperless recruiting operationsย 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaignsย 
  • Participate in job fairs and community eventsย 

Experienceย 

  • High school diploma or GED preferredย 
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related fieldย 
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)ย 
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Wordย 
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and writtenย 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
