Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite Travel Required)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst to support enterprise Workforce Management initiatives, including system integrations, PeopleSoft HRMS support, business analysis, testing, and application configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), enterprise integrations, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and system integrators to support Workforce Management implementations, system integrations, testing, and production support while ensuring successful delivery of enterprise workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise Workforce Management implementation and integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Support PeopleSoft HRMS integration with Workforce Management applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities between legacy and new systems.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and validation documentation.
  • Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
  • Validate Workforce Management configurations, including pay rules, schedules, and payroll-related functionality.
  • Support payroll integration processes and ensure data integrity between PeopleSoft and Workforce Management systems.
  • Collaborate with middleware and integration teams to support enterprise application integrations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues between PeopleSoft, Workforce Management, and other enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate project activities with project managers, business users, and technical teams.
  • Support system implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Assist with production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams during implementation and testing activities.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft HRMS implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Experience with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, workforce management, and timekeeping systems.
  • Experience with enterprise application integrations and middleware technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
