About Transcend

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are seeking a Deployment Process Analyst - CE Customer Excellence provides advanced hands-on support for the deployment of order management and CE processes within Transcend. This role independently executes complex scenarios, supports testing leadership, and mentors other analysts.

The position will be located in Titusville, NJ. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and system integrations.

  • Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.

  • Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.

  • Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.

  • Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.

Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support
  • Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities under the guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead.

  • Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities.

  • Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods.

Experience:

Education

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.

Required
  • Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.

  • Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of ecosystem integration between EDI source system and TIME

Preferred
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.

$65,000.00 - $104,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
