Job description

Workforce is seeking for a Bilingual Admin to work at our Redlands facility.


Schedule:

Monday - Saturday

1st Shift 8 :00 AM


Pay: DOE


Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Warehouse experiences preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Supportive, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee check-in and onboarding support
  • Visitors scheduling and check-in support
  • Attendance and timekeeping administration
  • Data entry and administrative record maintenance
  • Purchasing and invoices support
  • Equipment repairing and maintenance tracking
  • Communication with employees, supervisors, and staffing agencies
  • General office and operational support
