Workforce Manager - Elevate Staffing Operations and Drive Workforce Excellence
Hybrid Work 
Salary- $50-55k+ Commissions 

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for optimizing workforce solutions?
Join us as a Workforce Manager, where you will serve as the vital onsite partner, orchestrating staffing strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates alike. In this dynamic role, you will oversee staffing operations, employee relations, payroll, and vendor partnerships-ensuring our clients' workforce needs are met with precision and care. Bring your expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership to make a tangible difference in high-volume environments and help shape a productive, engaged, and resilient workforce.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in staffing, workforce management, HR, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
  • Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume staffing environments preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of OSHA or safety compliance standards
