APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo Ohio, is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join our billing team. Beginning service in 1960, APS has grown into one of the premier billing companies, currently billing for over 250 total client locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, set up payment plans, etc.
  • Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Medical insurance/billing knowledge (preferred)
  • Data entry Must be able to input data quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask on tasks between calls
