Job description

Position Name: Schedulers Assistant

Duration: 6 months to begin with

Payrate: 23$

Location: Union,NJ, 07083(1-3 days onsite)

Summary

The Dispatch Support Agent will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring that client adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week at theย  Green Lane office. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Shift:ย 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST

Requirements
  • Confident making clear, professional calls to schedule customer appointments.
  • Skilled at managing schedules, permits, and system updates on time.
  • Able to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a busy setting
  • Experience with office support and general admin duties.
  • Comfortable handling records, paperwork, and data entry.
  • Accurate when entering information into scheduling systems.
