Job description

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the facility, supporting initiatives that drive business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role focuses on employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coach leaders and employees on performance management, development planning, and employee counseling
  • Support HR compliance efforts and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Conduct and assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and related employee relations matters
  • Coordinate talent reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans with management
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through new hire follow-up
  • Track and coordinate employee concerns, questions, and support requests across departments to ensure timely resolution
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics related to onboarding and employee engagement, providing reports and recommendations to site leadership


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role supporting employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification is required upon hire. Sponsorship is not available for this position
