Job description


As a Senior Analyst - HRIS, you will serve as a strategic partner in the management, optimization, and advancement of Human Resources Information Systems. You will analyze and maintain complex employee and organizational data, develop reporting and analytics solutions, and provide actionable workforce insights that support business and HR initiatives. Leveraging expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and data analytics, you will design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data models that improve decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to support system integrations, upgrades, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives. You will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, data governance, and emerging HR technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities within the HRIS environment. Additionally, you will support and optimize advanced HR, payroll, workforce management, and global mobility solutions, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Acts as liaison between business, human resources director and process owners, and 3rd party development vendor for all HRIS systems needs.
  • Mentors business representatives through software development lifecycle and supports new functionality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provides technical, operations, and training support to users of HRIS through documentation processes, and delivers end user training in an understandable context for all levels of users, and communicates changes to business requirements or enhancements or production issues to IT, payroll, human resources and other affected parties.
  • Manages HRIS projects with minimal supervision and escalates issues to supervisor.
  • Manages application and reporting system support requests and provides ad hoc reporting to support business functions.
  • Manages data loads requests by performing data scrubbing before data loads and data validation after its completion.
  • Manages acquisition tasks, including security setup, and coordinating with IT resources and other team members.
  • Performs analysis of HRIS systems by researching and identifying root causes for data problems, including system limitations or design, and user error or lack of standard procedures for accurate on-going administration of HRIS systems and reports.
  • Recommends, tests, trains, documents, implements and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various HR systems, while promoting standardization and best practices across regional business.

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • 5 years of direct experience supporting human resources is required.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred of direct experience with HRIS system, Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred of intermediate level knowledge of SQL on Oracle database environment.
  • 3 years required, 5 years preferred of data analytics experience.
  • Supported and enhanced AI-enabled features within the HRIS environment preferred.
  • Experience with Incorta, UKG Pro Payroll/Workforce Management and/or ADP Celergo highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand functional requirements and write technical documents to implement new functionality.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understands human resources processes, including succession planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation planning, and employee life cycle.
