HR Administrator
Position SummaryWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Human Resources Administrator to support regional HR operations and ensure the consistent application of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.This position serves as the on-site HR resource for managers and employees, providing administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, leave administration, talent acquisition activities, employee relations documentation, and HR systems maintenance.The Regional HR Administrator reports directly to the Regional Manager and works closely with Central HR to support employee engagement, compliance initiatives, and workforce development programs.
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including:
    • New hire orientation scheduling
    • I-9 completion and verification
    • Collection of employment documentation
    • HRIS setup and employee record creation
  • Manage offboarding processes including:
    • Equipment return
    • Exit checklists
    • Separation documentation
    • Exit logistics coordination
HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure accurate HRIS data entry and maintenance.
  • Track employee compensation history and employment records.
  • Support leave administration and documentation in partnership with Central HR.
  • Maintain labor law postings and required employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership regarding:
    • HR policies and procedures
    • Timekeeping practices
    • Benefits questions
    • General employee inquiries
  • Assist with intake and documentation of employee relations matters and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Perform administrative follow-up related to investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
Training, Engagement & Employee Experience
  • Track employee training completion and incentive program participation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication for training sessions and compliance requirements.
  • Support wellness initiatives, recognition programs, employee events, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate regional employee surveys and local engagement programs aligned with company initiatives.
HR Systems & Reporting
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for HRIS navigation and employee support.
  • Maintain data accuracy within HR and payroll systems.
  • Prepare reports and support workforce analytics as needed by leadership and Central HR.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Manufacturing or Central HR leadership.
  • Travel occasionally for training or business needs.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HRIS or Human Capital Management systems such as Dayforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and present information effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous HR experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or field-based environments preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
  • Experience with payroll systems or payroll processing support preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
