This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal technology professional who enjoys improving legal workflows through innovative technology solutions while partnering directly with attorneys, legal professionals, and cross-functional business teams.The selected professional will support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of legal technology platforms that enhance productivity, streamline legal operations, and improve client service. This role combines legal operations knowledge, technology enablement, user training, workflow analysis, and project coordination to help maximize the value of modern legal technology solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with attorneys and legal professionals to improve legal workflows through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Configure, implement, and support legal technology platforms for litigation, contract analysis, document automation, and legal operations.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, workflow guides, reference documentation, FAQs, and instructional resources.
  • Deliver introductory training sessions, application demonstrations, and ongoing end-user support.
  • Monitor platform adoption, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve system utilization.
