Job description

Younessi Law needs a full-time experienced  Case Manager/Legal assistant who can support the attorney to handle all aspects of assignments on cases.


The Case Manager/Legal Assistant will help with case management of litigation, case reviews, interview clients or client translations, gather facts and retrieve information, draft and collect legal documents, complete tasks, and communicate with clients.


The applicant will assist with drafting shells for discovery, notices, motion templates, declarations, complaints, summons, civil case cover sheets, efiling, trial preparation.
