Job Summary:
DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned company focused on employee wellness and work/life balance. The Workday Financials Administrator will manage and support the Workday Financials system, ensuring it meets business needs through effective configuration, maintenance, and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Workday Financials modules, including Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Procurement, and Banking & Settlement.
• Configure and optimize Workday Financials functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Manage system updates, releases, and testing cycles.
• Provide end-user support and training for Workday Financials features and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies through system configuration and workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within Workday.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Workday financial reporting modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
• Experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Workday Financials certification.
• Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism.
• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
