Job Responsibilities & Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Workday Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap, aligning Workday capabilities with the company's strategic goals and domestic & international priorities.
  • System Optimization & Configuration: Own the end-to-end Workday environment, managing configuration, integrations, business processes, and security.
  • Module Leadership: Lead the optimization of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Prism Analytics.
  • Data Governance & Analytics: Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of all HR data. Develop advanced dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Release Management: Lead the planning and execution of Workday's feature releases, including impact assessment, testing, and training.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work with stakeholders to ensure optimal Workday integration within HR, Finance, IT, and other functional platforms.
  • Vendor Management: Manage HRIS vendor relationships, including contract renewals and SLA management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday implementation and administration experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Workday Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Workday configuration, multiple systems integrations, business process framework, and security. Advanced Compensation and Payroll experience preferred.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years of experience directly leading teams.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in leading large-scale HRIS transformations or system implementations, preferably in a global environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of integrations and data management tools.
  • Certifications: Workday Certified Professional (Core HCM or other modules) preferred.

  • Ability to act as a change agent.

Additional Requirements
  • 5% travel may be required.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
